I bought the part online. It came. It did not pass inspection. So I bought another part from another source. And requested either an RMA and or a Return Label. Both through email and via web contact form. This is not a conversation. Just send it already. There are plenty of chances to earn another purchase of another part. But trying to get out of a return within a week of shipment is not the way. Next time inspect the part before shipping. Don't call me, just send the label and or RMA.

First of all the delivery co. only has a semi to deliver. Couldn't get the semi to my street. Second they had the wrong address even after telling them the correct address several times.

I got a part for a 2000 Mercury Villager Estate from a salvage operation in Eugene, Oregon. This rear right window control assembly was installed at the local Nissan dealership, the 2000 Estate being a kluge Mercury/Nissan vehicle. It was checked out to ensure it worked before the body was closed up. Then it didn't work any more. So I'm only partly satisfied. It may have been the only part left in the country for this vehicle, so at least the window is shut and not flapping in the wind. Too bad it doesn't open and close properly.

when I got my order in the mail and opened the box the radio/cd player was really filthy. I had scheduled a audio shop to put the system in my car and the cd player will not work. I sent a message and got a response that another would be sent.. The problem is every time I get the Audio place to replace the system it cost me $65.00. If I had that kind of money I would have went a new system to began with. I have ask to refund my money but so far haven't heard back...

I received wrong part, wasn't sure how to get ahold of customer service, purchased correct pArt from another source, still have wrong part you sent, and out my money

My driveshaft I ordered didnt have the balancer on it. When I called I was told no guarantee on that .I feel that should have been said on website when ordered

I ordered a rim for a certain vehicle and they sold me one that was supposedly universal. Well it wasn't because when I got it it did not fit my vehicle. I was very disappointed. The only good thing about this company is that they did pay for it to be returned and I am getting a full refund. They should not say it is universal when it is not.

Delivery box was crushed. Part was not in best condition and our mechanic was not even sure the part was going to work.
