Bought a rear door for a Chevy van. It arrived with a few dents that were not mentioned.

Your website does not have all the information you need to order the parts promptly caused me a delay getting my parts . Took over a week to get my part.

I ordered a visor for a car, among the long list that fit my car was one labeled as being "blue" . I ordered that specific visor and received a gray visor. The visor ordered was the only blue one, all the rest were gray or a few were tan. I would have researched more sites for a blue visor if the one I ordered from their site had not been available.

I do business globally through paypal , ebay or any company that buy or sell as I am located in SA, and even paypal supplied you my confirmed address, but you didn't supply the seller whom sent the items from TN, and NM with my full address,or they didn't wrote RUH 5946, and this my unique ID to my agent in Springfield NY, and for this reason the 2 items gone to UAE and I recovered them there, The third and last one you sent from FL, with exact address with RUH is now in my account,2- Difficult to contact you, always we met only your machine, wait, wait ,wait. Ordering process was very easy but I had to followup with them multiple times to get an answer about shipment information. One received, the item worked perfectly.

After a delay for "unforeseen events" I finally received the wheel I ordered for my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The condition was as described,very good, however the color did not match the other wheels on my vehicle. There was no color choice when I ordered so I assumed the wheel would match. There was a tag on the wheel indicating it was for a 2003 Grand Cherokee so perhaps the style was similar but the color different. Not happy,but not wanting to drag this out any longer, I installed the wheel on the passenger side of the Jeep so I wouldn't normally see it. Thought the off color might have been brake dust and if so, it would not clean up and the wheel is stained permanently.

The part I received was not what I expected. It was all scratched up and when I ordered there was supposed to be a $10.00 which I did not reeive
