Hi Walter, I believe we have your contact information, we will have someone from our trapping team reach out and try to troubleshoot your trapping area. Sometimes it is finding the right combination of lure and removing food competition. While we don't officially support using the trap on Non-target species like ground squirrels. We have had customers who have found a lot of success with it in the past. TH

Hi Layla, Thanks for your feedback. It sounds like you may have had a bait issue, clearly, the trap was firing. We certainly hear your concerns and want to connect with you directly and learn more about your experience. As far as our videos go, I can assure you they are 100% genuine, we absolutely stand behind the performance of our trap. Ultimately, trapping can be like fishing, you can have the best rod on the market but that doesn't guarantee the fish will go for the bait. Thanks, Ty

While we understand your frustration, we stand by behind our trap as to say it will trigger in all conditions and can withstand up to -70°weather.
