Very satisfied with the service I got. Definitely recommend

These folks are wonderful to work with! They stand behind their product, which is top quality, and are interested in their customer's success. Great customer service!

Excellent well made product. This was the answer to my mouse problem. I love that it is auto resetting so I dont miss out on catching more mice if I dont check trap timely. Kit came with everything i needed to be successful (tips for success guide). I look forward to years of mouse free home and barn. Plan to add units over time to have greater success and add the 6 mo lure and the pre bait pouch.

They have over-the-top customer service. I even had a response to an email on a Sunday. It is so great to see Automatic Traip take customers and their needs seriously. They have a great customer service line via the phone or email. And you talk to the same person so you don’t have to “re-tell” your story. Shipping is super fast. I could not ask fo a better customer service experience. Also the A-24 Trap is such a great product. It is the most sane way to rid yourself of squirrels. I don’t have a mice or rat problem but if I did I sure they would be eradicated. And lastly their website is so easy to find the item for which you are looking. Very organized with how-to videos. Keep up the great work.

For the past four years we at the Kauai Forest Bird Recovery Project have been using A24 traps to protect critically endangered Hawaiian birds in the remote Alaka’i Swamp. We currently have more than 400 traps in active use protecting more than a square mile of critical habitat. Sad fact is that the number of traps is nearly the same as the total population of the endemic Small Kauai Thrush, a bird that suffers sever threats by non-native rats at their nests. The remote habitats where these birds still remain are nearly impossible to access, and is mostly done with expensive helicopter flights. Without the labor-savings from the self-resetting traps that only need to be checked two or three times a year, we would never be able to protect the birds as well as we do. We also put them to the test, leaving them for years in one of the wettest forests on the planet. Whenever we interact with the people at Automatic Trap Company we are always met with quick professional responses, from technical expertise to tracking giant orders of bait.

Talk about a better mouse trap! Quick and humane and boy does it work. I was having an issue at a remote camp and didn’t want to use poison so as not poison other wildlife. I placed 2 of these bad boys out with the counter so I know it’s working as scavengers complete the circle of life by cleaning up the mice. I highly recommend the A24!

Fantastic, well built product.

I would highly recommend this product. It works great and took care of my problem. The company provided great fast service!
