Poor communication
There are better tools, dont expect to claim credits for any reviews, the image generation is of poor quality, and its expensive. 15 dollars for 5 books.

Previous comment was: "Excellent tool, from mind maps to image generation to ebook in 5 minutes (130pages). Highly recommended." What changed? I literally respond from my personal email within a few hours. Know any other founder that does that? Good luck. I also give a free call to users that purchase the lifetime deal (where books cost as little as $0.8) so people like you could better understand the platform or how to improve the images. There is literally a feature that creates images and improves them for you. As for the credits for reviews, did you even reach out to me asking for them? How do you expect anyone to know what email you used for creating an account and how can I even connect your name from Trustpilot to the one you have or don't have on the app? Unfair feedback, and if $15 for 5 books is not good enough, feel free to explore other platforms that will charge you at least $50 for one book. Best, Stefan
