The app failed to produce an ebook but…
The app failed to produce an ebook but already talking about payments to enable the app,why does not say pay first, for me it is a shame.

The app, as any other, offers a free trial and 6000 words FREE of charge. If you like what you see, you can purchase the credits to finish the book. If not, I don't see a point in us spending resources to create another 40k of something you don't already like. Hope you understand, Stefan

Poor communication
There are better tools, dont expect to claim credits for any reviews, the image generation is of poor quality, and its expensive. 15 dollars for 5 books.
Response from AutomateedMar 17, 2025
Previous comment was: "Excellent tool, from mind maps to image generation to ebook in 5 minutes (130pages). Highly recommended." What changed? I literally respond from my personal email within a few hours. Know any other founder that does that? Good luck. I also give a free call to users that purchase the lifetime deal (where books cost as little as $0.8) so people like you could better understand the platform or how to improve the images. There is literally a feature that creates images and improves them for you. As for the credits for reviews, did you even reach out to me asking for them? How do you expect anyone to know what email you used for creating an account and how can I even connect your name from Trustpilot to the one you have or don't have on the app? Unfair feedback, and if $15 for 5 books is not good enough, feel free to explore other platforms that will charge you at least $50 for one book. Best, Stefan

Very basic and rude support
It will give you a basic ebook approx 14000 words long. Each chapter is very basic and not very long. It looks promising at outline stage but the end result is not good enough. I got a refund but had to go through quite a lot of rudeness which Stefan called “straightforwardness”. He cannot believe that there are better options out there. I would not recommend in its present state. Have reduced the stars as Stefan is unbelievably rude and has no idea about customer service Stefan's response tells you all you need to know about his communication skills. If you run into trouble he will be you support!!! PS he tried to have this review removed under defamation and Trustpilot refused.

Average book length is 20000 words. There is always one Karen out there! And I'm alright with that. The refund was provided right after the 3rd email where I asked the user if he wanted the app crafted to his needs (I went an extra mile of even offering to craft the app to his needs, which requires a lot of additional expenses, for which I regret now). He didn't want it, so I told him that there is no app to suit his exact needs, which he found rude. Can't please them all, especially Karens like these. Check his profile, you'll see 99% being 1 star reviews. Red flag or not? You decide.

Not worth any amount of money
Sure it will generate content but without any input from the author and what it generates is trash
Response from AutomateedJun 15, 2024
Wayne, first of all, you have not even used the right feature to generate the novel. Secondly, you don't have to use the book per se, you can add, change or remove whatever you like. Although the books Automateed creates are completely usable and as confirmed by other reviews more than helpful, feel free to use this tool as a base ground for creating/writing something bigger. Thanks, Stefan
