I ordered and didnt get any responses/order-informations. After writing an email I also got no answer.

Ordered 5 pigtails from this company, they shipped an empty pkg. These crooks live in a million dollar home )and yet are willing to screw you over for a few dollars. His wife Tracy called and yelled and screamed and made threats against us. Don't order from this company as they are already being investigated for mail fraud

clicked on the link to purchase side marker connector for my camaro. recieved wrong part. seller claimed i ordered wrong part. it was the right part. the picture matched the part i held in my hand. the part number matched the manufacturer part number. the link clearly stated the right part for camaro. directed me to "right" part for mazda rx7. i drive a camaro. not the right part. doesnt even look like the right part. offered to send "right" at my expense. paypal invoice showed different part number than what i clicked on. fraudsters. paypal refunded my money.

I purchased a set of type 74 bulbs for my cars instrument cluster. After replacing the bulbs I immediately noticed they were flickering. Wanting to make sure that it wasn't installer error I waited until I had the chance to pull my cluster again and re check my connections I did this and put everything back together. I then contacted the seller and he proceeded to blame me for damaging the bulbs and trying to make me pay for replacements for his DOA product. We went back and forth and he has refused to make things right. The owner if this company does not stand behind his product. I suggest looking elsewhere for bulbs.

Do not even bother. Look closely at the reviews. If there is any issue, you are screwed. I placed an order for 120 bulbs from their website. 60 were the wrong color but they took my money and sent them anyway. Later they said they no longer had that color. I said you should have asked me what I wanted to do before you blindly sent the wrong bulbs. Back and forth it went. Final answer : They want me to pay return shipping and then pay a restocking fee. Real lacklustre business practice. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs. I purchased the h8 fog light bulbs and the h13 headlight bulbs.both headlight bulbs quite working within 2days and now I have to pay to ship them back and then they said they will have to test them before issuing a refund. I agree with other reviews about being rude in their emails. I will never buy from them again and you shouldn’t either. I am also on the Chevy Cruze forum and will let everyone know.

Took my $$ right away, waited 2 weeks to ship anything, sent wrong products, sent used products, were incredibly rude in communications...finally said enough and issued a chargeback. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered roughly 375.00 worth of LED's and tow brake light lasers etc etc. When I got my order, most of the order came with the exception to headlights and brake lasers. I contact Tracy at the email provided and she let me know the items were being dropped shipped directly from her manufacturer. I waited another week and they came in. The lasers were very poor quality and came from China. When I googled the part number on the laser it took me to wish.com where the lasers she sent me were free and all you had to pay was shipping. They charged me 20.00 ok.. I can live with being ripped off on that, but the Headlights came were wrapped in tape so tight we had to tear the box getting them open. I paid 139.00 for ospram LED 12000 lumen lights, what was sent to me was chinese knockoffs. The ones sent even came with a reciept for 10.00 from the chinese manufacturer. I contacted Tracy and she assured me she paid more than 10.00 for my lights and they were amazing lights to try them. Um.. no.. I am not putting these in my 80,000.00 Corvette. She said I could send them back if everything was included and in perfect resellable condition there would be a 1% fee if anything was damaged it would be a 25/50% restock fee. Well they wrap so much tape around them you could never send them back as in perfect condtion and if I tried them like she suggested they would not be new either. Long story short, they send you parts that are retail prices from chinese knockoff companies. I will tell every person I meet about how much they suck.
