AutoluminationReviews of autolumination.com

I ordered two Par 38 LED lamps and what I got is outrageous.....one lamp is broken internally...not from shipping since the box is OK...and the other is without a protective cover over the internal high voltage components and LED's. I tried the lamps to see if they worked....at my own personal risk...and guess what, they don't work. So now its going to cost me even more to send them back. Clearly this company is a fraud and should not be allowed to continue business DANGER ! DANGER ! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

I've dealt twith this company for a few transaction. While order and ship is no problem - the customer service from them is disasterous. If they send u a defective bulb, you would have to pay for the charges to ship them back first and fill out a form for exchange. Not sure how this site survived for so long with poor customer service, but thats my 2 cents.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SHITTY WEBSITE!! I ordered an 1157 L.E.D. replacement bulb for my ATV brake/tail light, and it broke literally 10 minutes after I started riding. It came apart into a dozen pieces, so I emailed them about it. The stupid lady Tracy said that these were "extremely durable lights" and that I must have applied an "unusual force" to cause it to break. So she wouldn't exchange or replace it. I told her that this was unacceptable, and that I would never do business with them again. Beware of this terrible company!!

NOT MY INTENTION, BUT WHEN I COMPRESS PHOTOS AND ATTACH THEM(PLEASE LOOK CAREFULLY!!!!) YOU SHOULD..IF YOUR SO CUSTOMER FOCUSED... HAVE NOTIFIED ME OF THE FACT THAT YOU DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO OPEN THE ZIP FILE AND ASKED TO REATTACH THEM. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. > > > > IN THE ATTACHMENT ABOVE YOU'LL SEE THAT THEY ARE THERE. I ASKED "I was just curious to know if this is the first your hearing of this for this particular application because i couln't find anything on the website regarding this or even dimensions for the 9005 18 LED SMT." AND YOUR RESPONSE WAS ONLY THAT THE BULBS CAN'T BE ALTERED??? THAT'S NEGLIGENCE ON YOUR PART. AND GUESS WHAT.. Autolumination.com sent me parts that looked completely different than what I ordered and what is pictured on their website. I sent them pictures of what they sent and they will not admit to sending me wrong parts. Also they will not refund my shipping cost and want me to pay for return shipping. This is a lousy business operation and website. BEWARE before you buy!

I saw a product that i wanted on this site, but before i bought anything from them i decided to google them. My search showed my that many persons who bought items from them were either defective or didnt last long. Many people also complained about their customer service, one reviewer showed that they denied selling a product that he had bought from them. Also this company does not have a contact number, never buy anything from any site that does not have a working contact number. Always call first and ask a few questions about the product your interested in.
