I have had c difficulty learning…
I have had c difficulty learning autoleap software. Seems like too much moving around to different places on the screen to complete necessary information. I think different icons I would need for a lins need to be on the line. Ehren has been a big help to me. Very helpful when I need it and very patient with me. I am sure plenty of people have no issues with software but I am 52 years old now and technology and myself do not see eye to eye anymore like we used to.

It was pleasant but no great experience…
It was pleasant but no great experience in my opinion like most places once they close the deal they forgot about thier costumers.

Helpful company man ehren
We have ran into many difficulties integrating into this system but ehren with the company has been very communicative and willing to figure out the issues. They hope on a call with us every other week to discuss improvement and difficulties, and have made the process of integration far better than we would have hoped

While I love Autoleap above all…
While I love Autoleap above all automotive software ..recent changes have made it less efficient. Some of the inspections they have created, might be easier for the techs to point and take a picture..retrieving the notes from the system to transfer them over to the customer is a terribly inefficient process. Sometimes you have to stop reinventing the wheel

I love the eaze of it
I love the eaze of it. Thought I had marketing as part of my subscription but I guess it was more money. Told by land lord that we have to be out of this building by12-1-2025. No building in our price range so out of business we go. Hop fully I can figure a way to create an oil change special to send to all our customers to thank them for their business.

I like the customer care Beatrice is…
I like the customer care Beatrice is great. Things I don’t like your system doesn’t always load properly , motor part is awful, not being able to delete an account. Integration or lack there off I put in a request a while back most auto service sites integrate with many more companies.
