They don't live up to thier promises..but want me to keep mine
I had signed up and used Autoleap for my repair shop in 2025. My hopes were very high becuase of the "sell job" I recieved. They had told me all the things Autoleap does. And all the things they were going to release very soon. I paid for the subscription right away, and for an entire year.. I was IN. It looked good, it integrated with my Quickbooks (which turned out to be a complete mess, that even my accountant couldn't reconcile my Quickbooks, so I had to end that). They said they would have an app that my techs could use to do inspections and make my shop so efficient... never happened... I asked about a few times... never saw the app. So the POS system is pretty good, but the bolt on items are not present as "promised". I signed up for the marketing bolt on, and that worked pretty well...expensive... but it at least worked... About 9 months in, I found a better program that worked better for me... it had an app that my techs could use and be more efficient and do inspections. It communicates much better with my customers as well. They called me once to sell me something... and I told them I was looking into another program, and wouldn't be using their program when my Contract ran out.. they didnt argue...they didnt explain how to end my contract.. seems funny, but they didnt really care, becuase they couldn't offer what they had promised... So about 40 days (I cant remember when I sent them an email telling them I was ending my subscription) before my subscription ended. I told them I was done, and I was going to another program. I was informed that I needed to let them know 60 days in advance of canceling. Yep.. Im the dummy for my not seeing that 1 sentence... they said I'm IN for another year... Sorry Sucker... Shocking that this Company can make promises...NEVER, actually making some of them come true..hold me to a "contract" becuase i missed sending an email 15 days sooner... But because I'm an honest person, and will always do what's right, I will continue to pay for this subscription...and hold out hope someone.. would be decent and, at minimum, talk to me about letting me out of this "contract". All I can say... BUYER BEWARE...
