We finally dumped our ancient shop…
We finally dumped our ancient shop system and switched to AutoLeap, and honestly, the biggest win is that my sales guys aren't sitting around waiting weeks for trades to get through recon anymore. Julia from their onboarding team was a lifesaver—she basically hand-held our service writers through the whole setup so we didn't miss a beat. The digital inspection tools are slick too. We just text real-time photos and estimates right to the customers, which pretty much kills the back-and-forth haggling over repair approvals instantly. It's just nice seeing my techs actually turning wrenches instead of filling out paper forms all day. Cars are getting out of the bays and onto the front line way faster now. Really solid investment if you need to speed up your shop and keep metal moving.

Love the AutoLeap features
AutoLeap has features that most modern operating systems in the automotive should be running. Digital vehicle inspections add transparency and trust with the customer and the repair orders and estimates are clean and easy to read.
