If you need help figuring out what to do or how to do it … These people will help you make it happen. In my case it was a hardware issue and I wasn’t sure where to start. After my initial contact and a couple of pictures they were able to solve my issue … and it wasn’t even their product … Wow, these people go above and beyond. Thanks Derek !!!

Derek was so patient with me as I know nothing about automatic doors.... I had ordered the wrong part and he assisted me with finding the right one. He had me send him pictures to confirm the part needed. Derek made is so easy for me to get the right thing and explained how to ship the part that I ordered incorrectly.... AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is RARE nowadays. Thank you Derek!!

Finding repair/replacement parts for anything is a challenge; after a net search for weather strip on a 30 year old storm windows I stumbled on ADH... having only a weathered sample, my questions to their customer service got immediate replies and a recommendation, a novel experience for most suppliers. The ordering process was quick and the 1100 feet roll of stripping arrived the next day... didn't expect that and thankful for the service.
