I went to order a 4x8 door and was sent…
I went to order a 4x8 door and was sent a 4x7 frame instead. Mistakes do happen so I emailed to see how to send this mistake back and was told that this was not possible as they were made to order and that a refund was not possible. This is terrible business and does not show any customer service at all. The link I clicked on to order was for a 4x8 door. The mistake was on the company’s end and I am not allowed a refund ? Really !?!

Hello Bronn, Firstly, we do apologize that you are upset. You had ordered the 4-0" x 7-0" Masonry Knock Down Frame Only as stated on your receipt. Also, the product image clearly shows a steel door frame only. You were shipped exactly what you ordered. Our website clearly states all steel doors and frames are manufactured per order in the USA and cannot be returned. We are sorry you ordered wrong, however we always encourage customers to contact us with any questions before placing an order, especially in regards to non-returnable items.
