Derek's knowledge and expertise is conveyed humbly as he communicates with me, much appreciated! In my 40+ years of business, an employee like him is rare, and is also a result of good management. Gary is a great guy to work with. He is pretty knowledgeable about sliding doors and always goes above and beyond to get the problem solved. As of now he helped me 3 times and all 3 times I do exact what he recommends me and problems are solved. Highly recommend.
