Must be two guys working out of their Mom's garage. It took 7 business days for them to ship. No phone number listed on their web site, only an email address. Very poor service. If you need a part in a hurry, look somewhere else.

Hello Roger, I'm sorry you feel that way! Our records indicate that we contacted you on several occasions telling you the lead time due to the backorder of this item. However, we never received a response from you. You did choose the Free Shipping, which typically takes 7-10 Business Days. But we upgraded you for free to UPS Ground, so you could get the product sooner due to the backorder. I apologize that you were not able to receive our emails from your end. Thank you,

I had to place the order 4 times. It kept getting lost until I entered a password to register. Password was not a required field but they won't process order without it apparently. This probably means I will now be considered a registered member and I will get tons of spam. I opted for no news. We'll see.

I am very disappointed that we ordered parts from this company that turned out to be damaged and now they are requiring us to pay $350 to have the replacements overnighted to us. I will not use this company again.
