Awful company run by a few big heads at the top who have no actual clue what happens at the end user's machine, abysmal support, it's like run by an incompetent AI from a dystopian film, can't even have a payment go through without pushing them to deal with their million bugs of their web payment platform.

Autodesk monitorizes the drawings you create! I receive reports from Autodesk with statistics and counts of the information I use and produce with Autodesk product Autocad. This is a law violation. This is Privacy Violation. After report this to Autodesk and ask them to stop monitorizing my job, they didnt change anything on their behavior.

Autodesk is een onproffesioneel bedrijf die zegt bij problemen je hulp aan te bieden maar uiteindelijk duurt het weken voordat ze je uiteindelijk helpen met kleine stappen die al eerder zijn gevraagd.

Buggy and annoying experience. I've been using 3ds Max, Revit, and AutoCAD for almost 10 years, and to this day, I encounter problems with bugs or similar issues almost every day. It's just impossible to imagine how bad developers can be at their office. Just be happy that Trustpilot doesn't allow swearing or other inappropriate language, or you'd only get those words. :)

I would give them a zero if I could. The app is not installing on my brand new laptop. The online chat rep wasted so much of my time. They just sent me to self help troubleshooting articles that I had already found on my own, and then they said the only way to speak to someone was to go back and redo all of the many steps I did to troubleshoot and record my screen the whole time. Then they left the chat before waiting to receive my recoding so I had to start again.

Autodesk is exactly what is wrong with software.

Subscription Management I had a subscription to a single product and wanted to upgrade to the AEC collection. Apparently that's physically impossible and instead I would have to pay for both the collection and the individual product on it's own.
