I purchased an AutoCheck report as a buyer hoping to get a clear history of a vehicle, but it was a complete waste of money. The report left off a massive amount of crucial information that was readily available on Carfax. It completely missed detailed service records and history that would have changed my buying decision. Don't waste your cash thinking this is a comparable alternative to Carfax; it isn't. Save your money and just buy the Carfax report upfront.

I purchased a report this year. Went back to the site a few months later to review it. It’s gone. Contacted support with my order number, and they said after 28 days I need to purchase the SAME VIN REPORT AGAIN! Insane. I paid $60 for only 28 days of access to my report???

Went there to at least get a vehicle maintenance record report. report didn’t even include that . Very little in report to verify paying $30 . Very disappointing . Went on and got the full report on Carfax. Pay the extra 20 bucks for Carfax

So I was searching for free VIN reports on line for a particular vehicle. Those that advertised FREE were not really free. When I stubbled across the Autocheck link, website advised that I had been searching for VIN info on a unit with a VIN that was pretty close to the actual number that I was looking for. I made the mistake and assumed that the prefilled VIN was the number that I had been searching for and set up account, paid and submitted report request. Upon receipt of report, it was apparent to me that this was not the correct number, the first 12 digits matched but not the last 5. So now, they want me to pay again to get the correct report...I fell for the SCAM!

AutoCheck shows incorrect mileage, incorrect DMV information and unwillingness to correct their errors even when support documentation is provided to them. They are not recognized by BBB so complaints do not show up. They do not have reviews on their website.

We live in a world where we can barely afford anything. I paid the 59 dollars to get a half ass report. Which is only good for 21 days the expires you would think this report would be available in your own profile always for that car for the date you ordered it, but it isn’t. These scum bags expect you to pay another $59 for a shotty report. They can stick it up their asses. Just unreal the way business is raining us blin. Do not get a report from these scum bags!!! You will be disappointed.

Had a great experience, gave me everything I needed. Also I made a mistake and paid for an old check and they quickly refunded my money, great company.
