The process is largely seamless. I think the platform should consider improving on the filters available. For instance I still cant find a filter for airbag deployed status on the site. I am happy to learn if its there else it would be a good addition.

Have been working with them for over 2 years now, its not a perfect system like any system but its OK for me so far. But staff/reps are quite responsive. I ship from US, Canada to Ghana. The process is straight forward. No hidden charges. So far so good.
