Buyer beware of this company in California. I bought a car using their service that had a clean title. The day of the purchase, Autobidmaster reported the car to Carfax as having major damage. I was standing 50 ft from the car when I purchased it as it was sitting on the lot. Complete fraud. They reported the car as a Salvaged Vehicle to the DMV 2 weeks after I purchased it and already had it in my possession for 15 days. To make matters worse, they reported the purchase price to the DMV that was $500 higher than what I actually paid. I would never do business with this company again. To top it off, my login information was compromised by someone at their company and another person attempted to buy a Porsche using my account. Stay far far away from this company and know there is a reason why they make you agree to them not being liable for anything whatsoever in their agreements.

This is by far the worst car broker company I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased a vehicle listed as having a clean title, but when the car arrived, the title was actually salvage (S title). They tried to excuse it by saying the title was clean when they listed it, but the insurance caused it to be labeled as salvage. That makes absolutely no sense, and it feels like a clear case of misrepresentation. I contacted Copart auction directly, and they confirmed that this broker needs to reach out to resolve the issue since I bought the car through them. But when I reached back out to the broker, they were extremely unhelpful. Communication became a nightmare — they either gave me the runaround or stopped replying altogether. Their customer service is completely useless. Avoid this company at all costs. They’re dishonest, unprofessional, and offer zero support once they’ve got your money.

********************************************************************* COPART allows bidding on certain vehicles without a license AND COPART DOES NOT REQUIRE A $600 deposit to bid on items $2000 or less! Use COPART directly and avoid this deficient overlay, called AUTOBIDMASTER! ********************************************************************* Update 4/25 Copart Shipping much cheaper than Autobidmaster. Copart shipped to GA from Ok, $551. Update: 4/24 Just bought a small SUV for $882 all fees included, direct from Copart. Copart has over 60k units you can bid on without a license! Skip Autobidmaster! Stay away from this company at all costs!!! You will end up trying to research why your payment was not accepted, and when told Zelle put a hold on the transfer, you will be called a liar, and told Zelle cannot put a hold on the transfer, despite just spending 3 hours researching with BOA and Zelle, that Zelle put a hold on your payment and if you resend the transfer again, Zelle will repeat the hold. Reps and director did not call bank for verification. So, you pay a $850 penalty as the exit fee to get off this carousel of chaos! You have been warned, proceed at your own peril…

This company has taken 5 months and still hasn't provided a title for my vehicle. They keep blaming the state for taking so long. Well, during this time, I re-titled a vehicle, which took two weeks. The company isn't taking accountability or offering any remedies. I wouldn't recommend them if you are in Colorado.

Please if you can do not purchase from this site. It's not enough homework you can do on these cars and no matter the minimum payment, you are going to pay at least double of what you see with other fees and towing. I just won a vehicle for $2700 but didn't receive it until I paid $4200. Took the car that is supposedly worth $9000 to the dealer to figure out why it won't run, they are saying i need an entirely new engine..... there was no mention of anything of the sort... it read the primary issue "normal wear and tear".... so I only suggest people that have more than enough money or have a shop but I still believe you could get more for your buck elsewhere.

WORST AUCTION EVER! They charged me multiple "bidding power" deposits and membership fees without even having a pop up asking if your aware of all those charges. $1500 in deposits(that you cannot use towards the price of the vehicle you are trying to get) and over 1000 extra in fees after car is won. Plus when i cabcelled the sale i was charged 900. Oh after 3 days of calling and emailing with no response i re eived a LATE FEE. They also only want u to moneygram the money which is a huge red flag.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

Seems serious, but everything goes well till you won a bid. After a week we still wait for the vehicle to be shipped. You pay the Auto Shipping, where they said will do everything with high efficiency…They have 3 days to ship the car, then they charge storage fees :). Guess what? To load a car on a truck it takes more than a week :)…So you better prepared to pay storage fees…Called their help center and they said: Your car will be picked up today…Then you receive a sms message from Copart telling you that the shipping was cancelled…Day after day…Autobidmasters sent you to Copart, and Copart to Autobid….Unbelievable…
