Biggest nightmare I ever done, when doing 3 separate vin checks, saying the car i was purchasing normal wear, assuming the car was running, after i purchase the car and i found from the delivery service i hired from autobidmaster, said the only way, the car could be put on, was by forklift, I tried to act professional and tried to get my money back, But, " Lana" she couldnt and wouldnt doing anything about, on top of that, i had to hired a forklift an additional 400.00 the delivery crew which had experience, damaged the car in the process, scratching the mirror and door , which is unacceptable, in my opinion anyone from auto bid master no has no compassion, in doing the right thing, from first lying about the condition about the car, which in turn, it cost me additional 1800 dollars to get the car running at lexus the representative, gave a hardship discount for spending much to repair, the root cause the electrical damage was because someone had reversed the polarity on the terminals of the battery , that could have been at the lot where it was, ETC, Lana asked to retract my statement, but, i stand my ground, and will report to better business bureau , for unfair treatment
