Autobidmaster incorrectly filled out…
Autobidmaster incorrectly filled out the titling paperwork for Lot 41594246 according to AZ MVD. Instead of correcting it or trying to help, customer service agent Alisher Maratov demanded a letter from the AZMVD which they do not do. As such, I am stuck in the middle unable to title vehicle. Update 08/07/2026: Very shortly after my previous and accurate review I was contacted by Lana with AutoBidMaster. She was able to expedite the shipping and correction of the paperwork that AutoBidMaster improperly filled out. The vehicle is finally titled. What a hassle! But it’s done. I greatly appreciate Lana’s help. The lesson…AutoBidMaster will respond to survey issues. Get accurate and detailed information and submit an accurate review if you need help. The vehicle was $1850.00. After fees it was $3478.00. This does not include the $300.00 premium membership I have. None of this mattered. It was the review that rendered results. I have changed my rating from 1 to 4 as Lana was able to get the situation resolved. Will not give a 5 as situation was completely avoidable and nonsensical.
