Great Customer Service - This company has turned over a new leaf - maybe a new owner?
My husband ordered a product from this company. After reading the reviews and reconsidering things, he made a cancellation request before the product shipped. The customer service provided on the phone call was excellent. They remedied the situation and said they would cancel and issue a refund. They did!! This was only a few days ago - the product had NOT shipped and our credit card has indeed been refunded. The customer service was friendly and professional. Each interaction with this company has been professional and good. ***I think that this company must have made a serious change - or maybe someone bought the company because the company has interacted very good with us. He ordered another thing and it's on the way. The date of service below is approximate (it was just a few days ago.)
