Ordered a tonneau cover and it took quite some time to get a delivery date. I received a date that has come and gone and I was told they wouldn’t send a replacement until it was “missing” for ten business days. It’s clearly lost. I know they can’t control Fed Ex but they could certainly send a replacement sooner than ten business days from the date it went missing. I won’t order from here again. UPDATE: It’s a month later and I still have not received the tonneau cover I ordered. Do not order from this company!

I sent the first set of seat covers I sent back the second set is he covers I got were made in Mexico according to this stamp but according to them it was custom made in California

I ordered TWO Borla Attak part# 400947 and then I go to the muffler shop and they immediately noticed there was a mismatch. They sent me part# 400945 as well. Now I have a FRANKENSTEIN SETUP THANKS TO THESE id***s at auto accessories garage. GO somewhere else. Trust me!

Thought it was a weather tech direct .. it wasn't. I asked for a receipt and they sent me a consultant who wanted $70.00. Lastly.. read the return policy.. it seems they want a 15pct restocking fee which is not in the ordering process... Scammers .. stay clear

They send the wrong part from what is listed on the website and demand a 15% refund and shipping costs.

Sent wrong product for 2023 nissan titan, poor customer service in my opinion. Long process and requires an approval to return the incorrect product! This part came from the manufacturer and not AAG per customer service rep. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. I will stick with Amazon or a local company.

RUN, DON'T WALK - this company has the WORST customer service. They missed THREE shipping dates and do NOTHING to help. I ordered SEVEN weeks ago and today NO UPDATE. They might have good prices, but what good is that if the product NEVER shows up. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Now lets see if I actually get a REFUND!
