I had a bit of trouble receiving SMS to recover my Authy access. I contacted support and they resolved the issue within 24 hours and on a weekend 👏 Easily the best and friendliest support experience I’ve ever had with a free service. Shout out for Jeffrey from support for making it happen 🙏

I love the new update that allows you to see all the codes in the one screen. I'm usually someone who complains, but i think it was great, can you let the developers know or however though of it. I do miss the desktop app, i do undersatnd that it did pose a security risk though, but it is a shame that it has gone

Authy has several characteristics that make it superior to Google Authenticator and even Microsoft Authenticator. (1) It's ubiquitous adoption with applications/websites. Many websites describe how to turn on 2FA with GA, but Authy always works. (2) You can install it on many devices to reduce single point of failure. Unfortunately, Twilio will not be supporting their Auth desktop version, but you can install an Android simulator on your Windows machine and you are back in business without have to solely rely on your phone app. (3) It is very intuitive to setup and use. I like the differentiated colours. Like the convenience of list view and grid view. (4) Security, I am fussy that each time I use Authy I need to enter a PIN. I can backup/restore Authy using a password and everything is in sync. Just an excellent product.

Ik gebruik het al een tijdje om toegang te krijgen (en deze extra te beveiligen) tot diverse websites (o.a. x, odido, BW) werkt prima! Ik heb in ieder geval de indruk dat ik veiliger aan het surfen ben. Ik raad het aan!

After having horrible experiences with Google Authenticator (like losing all my codes due to phone breaking), I found that Authy works in the cloud. Love it

I think Authy is ten times better than Google authentificator at least you can with your mobile number export all your 2fa codes in another phone you just need to remember back up code and voilà:)
