Authenticator Luxury Australia. Not nice to deal with. They are very impatient and don't give clear instructions nor help you when you are struggling. I uploaded photos and I could see them and they couldn't. Useless. Probably fakes.

We’re sorry to hear that you felt frustrated during the process. For authentication, our experts often need to enlarge images significantly in order to examine very small markings, stamps, and construction details. A photo that appears clear when viewed normally on a phone screen can become blurry or pixelated when zoomed in, particularly if lighting, focus, or compression affects the image quality. This is why additional photo requests are sometimes necessary — not because the item cannot be seen at all, but because the level of detail required for accurate evaluation is higher than what may appear visible to the submitter. Our goal is always to obtain the clearest possible information so that we can provide an accurate opinion. We do understand that this process can sometimes feel challenging, and we do our best to guide clients through what is needed. If you were a direct client and would like us to review your experience, we encourage you to contact us with your order details so we can look into it further. Authenticate First
