AutelpilotReviews of autelpilot.com

I ordered the Evo Lite + Premium Rugged Bundle from Autelpilot on 3/13/23, and had it in my hands on 3/17/23. I am 100% happy with the fast delivery and the courteous service I received. The bundle is amazing. It's my first Autel drone, and I am completely satisfied with the purchase. I would absolutely recommend Autelpilot to my friends and family members for the purchase of Autel drones and accessories.

the team at Autelpilot were great to work with. they answered my questions quickly, even though half way around the world form my location. The estimate delivery time for my drone was accurate and I will purchase fomr this supplier again.

Product works and performs as advertised. Received Drone undamaged and was easy to set up and configure. Prop guards were easy to install. Autel website informative and easy to navigate.

I started with drones with a GoPro Karma which was a big deal way back then. After that I have had DJI's. I have been waiting for Autel to come out with a controller That had a screen in it at a decent price. And you finally did. I bought the EVO 2 Pro V3 with the 6.4" controller. The Sony camera does a beautiful job with movies with 4K at 30 frames per second great photos just with single exposures. My only problem is the controller battery doesn't hold a charge. Love your drone.

Edit: I'm giving an extra star because not only did the extra gifts come, but I had to make a return because one item I purchased was not compatible with my drone. They were very communicative throughout the process and I've received my refund as promised. Very good customer service. Original: The drone package came incredifly fast. It arrived 2 days after I ordered. The rest of the items I ordered came a couple days later. Everything was in good condition. Customer service responded to most inquiries quickly, though I never heard back from them regarding my question on Autel Care, since Autel Robotics told me to contact the company I bought from in order to buy protection for my unit. The reason for one less star is because I specifically ordered through Autelpilot because of the advertised free gifts of landing pad and propeller guards that were shown with the bundle. I have yet to receive them. I contacted customer service and was told that it had shipped but they didn't have tracking information. Given how fast everything else came, from overseas no less, it's surprising that I still don't have these or even an idea of where they could be. If it's advertised as part of the bundle, I feel like it should be pre-packed with it. This is my only complaint. If I receive them, I'll adjust my review.

Delivered in a very timely fashion.

Order was exactly as described. Price was great, delivery was fast and hassle-free.

Purchased a lemon, but autel pilot helped get it in the air through autel repair services. Excellent customer support.
