We walked into the store, were greeted pleasantly, and asked to see several different styles of mattresses and bed platforms. After 30 minutes of testing, and some helpful advice from the salesperson, we made our choice, and completed the purchase. We were told 6-8 week delivery time, and the bed was delivered and setup for us 6 weeks later. We were happy with it and the experience. Then, after having new flooring put into the room with the bed, the platform wouldn't work properly. Contacting the store manager was like waving a magic wand and when our impression of the store went from great to excellent -- he quickly arranged for someone to come out and take a look, and then did a no-cost-to-us swap of that platform for a better brand and unit, when it could not be repaired. He continually checked in throughout the entire process, and made us feel like we'd spent our money at a store that cares about its customers and does right by them. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bed; you'll be in capable, caring hands.

We already knew this was a quality business and came back for a new mattress. Charles listened to what we have, what we wanted and shared information and smart creative options in a friendly no nonsense fashion. No pressure, insightful, and on the ball. We'll be back again.

Love Austin Natural Mattress. The folks that work there are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Excellent customer service which seems very rare this days. Oh yeah - and the mattresses are great! Furnished our place in Colorado and Austin with these mattresses. They are super comfortable and we always get compliments on them from guests at the Colorado place.

My wife and I bought a latex foam mattress in-store a few years ago and we still love it! The whole experience was positive and the salesman went into great detail to educate us on the differences in how our mattress was made and how the materials are sourced, in contrast to a "typical" chemical-laden mattress. Now that we've decided it's time to upgrade our kids' mattresses, this was the first place I checked. I found the website to have the same great information about the mattress composition and the overall ordering process was very straight-forward. Given our past experience in the store, I had no reservations about ordering online, especially with free shipping on our order! We can't wait to switch our kids to their new mattresses from Austin Natural Mattress and know that we're making a positive change for their general health as they grow, without sacrificing a thing on comfort or quality of sleep.

Awesome products - I have been happier with the pillows I got at Austin Natural Mattress than any I've found elsewhere - and I've really looked. I have chronic neck pain and finally have found a pillow that works perfectly for me as a side sleeper. I also got a mattress topper when my mattress wasn't as cushy as it used to be, which extended my mattress' life for a number of years and is super comfy.
