Austin Natural MattressReviews of austinnaturalmattress.com

Purchasing a mattress has always been a hassle for me. I never seem to be able to find just what I am looking for. I went into Austin Natural Mattress, after being referred by a friend who had an amazing experience, and found exactly what I was looking for in no time. They were able to help me make a final decision on a high quality mattress that addressed all my needs. I have had the best nights of sleep with NO BACK PAIN!! I would recommend Austin Natural Mattress to EVERYONE.

Great service! Knowledgeable salespeople! Wonderful experience!

I've been buying here for years. I've ended up getting married, having kids, turning into a real live adult, and I always find myself back here. I love that everything's non-toxic and I've found I have a soft spot for Naturepedic stuff. I have a pillowtop that is DREAMY and I'm so glad I went from a queen to a king. It's a huge difference and so very worth it. This place is great!

Best experience ever!!!

I have bought from Austin Natural and Futon. Both have been good experience and great buys

i noticed the 1 star review, and based on my experience buying from Austin Natural Mattress late last year, decided to add my review. I bought a mattress from the Bee Cave location. Steve was amazing. Knowledgeable. Non-pushy. I had actually come in for a frame after buying a mattress online. i ended up canceling my online order and going with Austin Natural Mattress. I'm SO glad i did. I was given a wonderful deal. i've had my mattress for 6ish months now and i LOVE it. Steve added a couple free pillows as part of a deal, and encouraged me to take my time and test out loaner pillows to make sure I was happy. The delivery & setup were well communicated. So price was great, product was great, I trust them. I am wondering if perhaps that 1 star review is some kind of personality clash? Or miscommunication?

BEST SLEEP EVER! We went to Austin Natural Mattress in Bee Cave where we met Steve Chandler. He showed us around the show room and asked questions about our current Mattress and what we like, we like firm with a little squish. Steve is so knowledgeable, he answered all our questions and gave us various suggestions without being that pushy salesman. Steve was so great with tending to our needs and we are now getting the best sleep of our lives. We love our new mattress! P.s. The next time we need another mattress, Steve Chandler and Austin Natural Mattress will definitely be the place we go!

Easy process for buying. I can't remember the salesman's name, but he was knowledgeable and low-key. No pressure to buy. Also, gave us an extended trail period for our new mattress and got our order quickly processed and delivered.
