Austin Natural MattressReviews of austinnaturalmattress.com

My husband and I have been searching for several long months for a non-toxic, comfortable and affordable mattress. We found them at Austin Natural Mattress! We've been "swimming" through the big box stores and the myriad of online bed-in-a-box brands, watched countless YouTube videos on latex vs hybrid vs inner coil springs and natural vs organic...it's been a journey to say the least! Austin Natural Mattress came up in my Google search for a natural latex mattress in Texas. Turns out this store doesn't carry anything that is toxic or harmful, giving you a big selection of safe and comfortable mattresses, what a blessing! Store Manager, Bert, was incredibly helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We truly appreciate everything he's helped us with. We're looking forward to our new Nirvana latex mattresses for ourselves and our son. Additionally, we're starting our next decade-long mattress relationship with adjustable bases! Thank you Bert and Austin Natural Mattress for selling safe, comfortable and affordable mattresses! I'm very thankful to have found you, and have truly enjoyed doing business with you.

Bought this pillow a few years ago and absolutely love it. Buying a second one for my son since he always tries to take mine.

Steve was great! Super knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was kind enough to let us come in the store for an appointment since we have a small child and health concerns. We got a great deal on our mattress and set up and look forward to our new bed :)

I had the BEST experience with Austin Natural Mattress. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable about all things mattresses and materials and chemical free living, he helped me feel confident in my purchase! I found a great mattress at a better price than the chemical filled ones at the big box stores! To top off my great experience in the store, they gave me SAME DAY DELIVERY which was unheard of anywhere else. Highly recommend this store to everyone- they have the best quality beds for all budgets and the best customer service!!

I went into Austin Natural Mattress looking for a massage table topper. Steve was super creative - although they do not carry massage table toppers, he was able to help me choose a bed insert that is almost exactly the same size as a massage table. I wanted an Austin Natural Mattress product because I trust the quality and the clean factor. My topper is 100% plant latex with a 100% organic cotton cover. I am 1000% satisfied because Steve was able to give me a great labor day price, the highest quality product, and it is so comfortable. Also Steve is a kind and super knowledgeable person, genuinely interested in matching the client to the right product. You really can't beat all of that! We're lucky in Austin to have such an amazing natural mattress store.

Austin Natural Mattress is an Austin gem. Their quality products are just what your family needs and their honest, convenient and friendly business practices will keep you going back. So happy with my mattress and the fact that they stayed true to their warranty.

Steve and his team were awesome. Since we step in they were very helpful and charming. They know the importance of the investment you are making when you buy a mattress, so they make it easy to you when they explain and let you try every mattress in the store. It was a very nice experience!!!! 😊😁👍🏻

Austin natural mattress is the spot. Steve rules and took super good care of us. We got everything we asked for and more. I cannot stress how happy I am with the service. :)
