Austin Natural MattressReviews of austinnaturalmattress.com

We received wonderful service from Dalton today! He was extremely knowledgeable and directed us to a mattress that was comfortable and will meet our needs. Will definitely recommend Austin Natural Mattress to our friends and family!

Imagine picking a meal you will eat every night for the next 10-20 years…online. Effectively, thats what I tried when shopping for a mattress. I hit all the hotly marketed websites and got lost in “dynamically adjusting foam” and “Responsive Comfort Foam” until my brain was spinning. Before I tried the stream of “buy and freeturn” creating waste, my wife had a crazy idea…let’s go somewhere we can lie on them. What I didn’t realize, while a bed is a bed, Charles, the sales manager and his love of these mattresses is something else. After a quick conversation he was able to direct us to beds that matched each of our preferences. His knowledge shockingly lacked any marketing spin and instead, attributes of the products were communicated in plain language. With his help, we found a fantastic deal on the mattress best suited to us. I can’t wait for it to get here, thank you Charles and Austin Natural Mattress!

Bert Cantu is so helpful + knowledgeable about the mattresses. A very professional shop!

My husband and I found Austin Natural Mattress online when searching for a natural, non-toxic replacement for our current mattress. We found exactly what we were looking for in a comfortable, long lasting mattress, (the Natural Mattress, plush). Our "sleep guru", Charles, was extremely helpful and friendly in helping us find and purchase the perfect mattress. Thank you!!

Great experience shopping for a new mattress! They have a nice selection of non-toxic sleep supplies, including both memory foam and latex mattresses. Dalton was quite knowledgeable about all the products and how they are made which made the decision making process easier. I’m looking forward to getting better sleep! Update: I received my new mattress and it's divine! I also splurged on an adjustable frame and it definitely has improved my sleep. It took two months for mattress to be made and sent here from Italy, but once it arrived in Texas, the delivery was swift and efficient. Wonderful experience!

Dalton is super rad! He helped us find the perfect mattress in my budget, and was super knowledgeable about all the products. Tons of options here to choose from, and all are eco conscious and healthy beds. We just placed an order and are excited to get our new mattress

I only shop for mattresses here. They have the best selection and a team full of knowledge, class and kindness. Bert bee caves) was incredible ! We were able to move through decision making so quickly with all of his knowledge on the mattresses. Also, so kind in that texas kind of way. The whole process was all star , very grateful. Also, huge shoutout to Charles ( north shop) who helped us make it happen. We had crunch time to get a mattress delivered and the team went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of. Again, we love this team and recommend that everyone come check out these mattresses! Don’t shop online — shop local and shop natural.

Knowledgeable staff. Good shopping experience.
