Terrible company

If we could give a zero we would. Not sure how a security company who has such terrible reviews is still being hired to keep things “safe and secure”. Night workers at security locations always smell of weed, nobody takes any accountability for their actions or mistakes, and always rude and inappropriate.

I was really disappointed with the service I received. The staff was unhelpful and the product didn't meet my expectations at all. I would not recommend this company.

I was severely injured on the job working at Scottsdale fashion Square. When I was hired, I was provided an Allied Universal cap that was to be worn on the job by my supervisor who is 6’7 as I am 6’9. On October 26, 2024 I was told that the cap was no longer allowed and was deemed unprofessional and was not to be used as part of the uniform. Zak Doolan the security manager new that I was taller than my supervisor and the doorframe yet still allowed my injuries to occur starting on October 27, 2024 I suffered my first concussion as we were exploring an underground known bomb shelter as the doorways were significantly shorter than 6’8. October 28, 2024. I had another run in with a metal device that hangs from the top of the door frame leading into the security office in the red garage. It is a magnetic door release that can only be opened enclosed from the inside of the security office . I did not realize it was there however had I had my hat on the bill of the hat and the nodule at the top would have deflected the impact. I was taken to Concentra Urgent Care by sky Harbor Airport, and treated and put on Workmen’s Comp. soon after I had a medical emergency where I could not breathe in one of the corridors behind Toy Temple. Prior to shift I had to use my inhaler several times I was extremely dehydrated very fatigued and I almost lost consciousness 911 was called and the paramedics revived me. Later that week, I saw my primary care physician who wrote up a note advising my management team that it was in my best interest to wear the cap in order to protect my skull. Later that same week as I walked into the security dispatch, I impacted my skull wearing my hat into the metal arm that attaches the door to the frame in it, drop me to my knees. I had a severe traumatic brain injury that lasted me seven months to recovery, without a brain bleed. I have gone through pain and suffering, severe memory loss, suicidal tendencies, loss of work and not even a hey how are you doing by the man who caused this entire debacle Zak Doolan. I reached out to HR and I asked to know who gave the order to remove our company issued cap was it Steve Jones the CEO or Zack Doolan. I tried to seek Legal help but I was told that in the State of Arizona you cannot sue your employer based on willful negligence.

A Democratic Communist Party of Management and Industry of Allied Entertainment. Reasons why their promotions are for only their children and cousins or their best friends. Constantly being turned down for promotions because the management says: "No matter how good a worker in security [you are], it does not matter how many years you have worked. Our friends and children and cousins will be the first to be promoted. Haven't you looked at our last names? We're all related. None of you will have a chance to do anything about it. Not one of you, our buddies from Tacoma, or family." for four months how Allied will deny you jobs that maybe let you work for two days calll center always per month put the blame on the management contract holder of the sites over the jobs when you call i'we been with the company over a year Allied Entertainment. this company is more like a day labor company every time you call to get a job if they were a real company they will give you a list per week of jobs if you were would the company last year, they seem to run you out of the company they don't want you anymore by cut in your our hours and given all the jobs to the new people they will forget to pay you and tell you they don't see hours of work no matter what your ABI shows

Here it is I am down here at fairburn Georgia and I pull up to the security and we wait she wakes up she moves her car back and I'm pointing keep on going she get out the car and she says I don't know what's wrong with you and what you're saying to me I didn't say that one word she said are you going to apologize to me she starts freaking out and I said hey lady wait a minute I said God bless you we must have interrupted your sleep and then I tried to call the 800 number to report her and I got the runaround they need to give good drug tests to who they are because somebody is not going to go for how she is thank God I got God in my life

I wish there was an option for -5... This company has coupe of Indians working in their office to recruit Indian students or those in need of job to give them 24 hours minimum wage on the books and the rest as much as 40 to 50 of working in cash... As far as I know that's what all the security companies are doing nowadays... they have Indians to cut the deal for them in their offices... I am sure "Revenue Canada" know about this illegal activity but they choose to close they eyes on their scam... Therefore I suggest for the rest of us not pay taxes either... if the new comers can come to this country with a fake intend of going to school but working 50 to 60 hours cash...Why are we as Canadians have to pay taxes???

March 2025 Greetings & Beware to the other licensed DPSST professional safety security Officers here in southern Oregon seeking assignments/work. My security partner of years saw a security opening for AU in early summer 2024. I next applied to Allied, As I needed to pick up a second job. I was hired to work for Allied by a Mr. Underwood in Grants Pass Oregon who I assume manages on some level as some type of area supervisor. I only met up with him in person one time, at his home. No professional business office to meet at. Nor a home office location to talk privately. But in someone's kitchen. That was a red flag there. Upon being hired that day in July. I accepted an open- assignment for an unarmed weekend security position at Medford CSL property. I reported in every Sat and Sun morns at 7am and worked till late afternoons. I did my job and was respected by the entire CSL crew. (Thank you CSL employees) And for the exception of one single day off. I worked for Allied Universal for eight months, every weekend. One recent Saturday, while on my shift. Another security officer who worked at an adjoining business property walked over to CSL property to say hello and also say goodbye to me, as he had heard I was leaving. I said to him, I knew nothing about any word my CSL security assignment was ending. I was completely caught off guard and baffled. My job ending the following day, a Sunday. I worked my last day. Said goodbye to CSL staff that I have grown to know. I was contacted by no one through AU to notify me that my unarmed position was over there. Why is this? and how is this for a worldwide ran company? professional, fair and ethical?? Not at all. In the past few months. My long-time security partner and I have reached out to AU via phone messages left, emails sent, and text messages, both to Grants pass supervisor of sort and many attempts to contact AU Portland offices. Our repeated question was after eight months of employment. Never once has there been any sick pay hours, I should be accumulating for working acknowledged on payroll. Why is this? Oregon law is you are given 1 hr of sick pay for every 30 hours worked. Rather you work FT or PT. I know, because I work a PT City job, and the available sick pay is acknowledged on every payroll statement. NOT at Allied Universal who clims to be the largest most successful Security company plus, in the world. Yet NO one from AU bothers to communicate anything in order they run a on the ball- professional company. WHY? No one cares about you once your hired on. And dont expect to be treated well. Because no from Allied will ever contact you, as requested of them. As you dont exist. Even when it comes time to end your working for them. You are merely ghosted. So, thanks to a fellow, local officer for reaching out to give me the word my job there with Allied was NO longer, in your simply walking over to say so- long. This worldwide company needs to step up or step down. Fellow Security officers, Save yourself the aggravation and avoid anything to do with Allied Universal. In the past dozen years Ive provided security. It's the worst company of any in region I have provided service for. Spare yourself the grief of being IGNORED entirely. Taking action is the response to responsibility. What about this AU management and above? Your company, Allied Universal, is double thumbs down. Employment seekers. Dont waste your time. Consider another company to serve-work for. From your fellow Professional Security Officers in the Rogue Valley- Oregon
