Always problems with the payment,you fax the time shift of the site you're working and if you work 48 hours they see a 40 ,if you work 72 hours ,they see a 40 ,they always messed up your payment ,is like they're blind or they act like they're blind at purpose,i am sorry but I'm start thinking they trying to be slick with your money,because it happens to me at least 1 or 2 times in a month,when things like that happens that often like it happens in allied ,you start thinking they do it at purpose and they are really trying to steal your money ,so, anyone to work on that company ,be aware and on top of them all the time ,if you don't want to lose the money for what you work for

The worst security company ever! Do not hire them. In 4 years I called 4 times on different safety matters. Either they didn't show up, showed up long after the threat was diffused or outright neglected the call and got hung up on by untrained personnel. Wouldn't trust them with any safety issue in the future. BEWARE

The merger of allied barton and universal protection produced this company one which has lost its standards and morals and it has lost it care for people and have let down the communities it works in. Both companys were better off the way they were two individual entities when the merger of these two companys began there was alot of uncertainty and the actions of this company now proves that it was a mistake to merge the two. I have witnessed first hand the tyrancy that this company produces and the unfair treatment of hard working individuals the failed merger called allied universal .

This company allows their male account managers to get away with anything especially when it comes to their female guards.I was terminated by account manager Wilfred Germain at 60 Broad St because I made a complaint to the union against him & HR along with with boss Gus cover for him

As a former security professional, working here is dreadful on so many unimaginable levels. The management and working conditions are trash and the account managers seem to mess up my schedule and paychecks time to time. One thing I forgot to mention is I had to work during a natural disaster and most of my coworkers never showed up. My car got flooded and didn’t even thank me for showing up or care about my situation at all. When bringing up issues to the management and the higher ups, they give me attitude and their coworkers laughing in the background trying to coerce me into saying that I refuse to show up. When offered a better job opportunity, I turned in my resignation letter and left without saying a word to anyone. Avoid working at this company and avoid hiring security officers if you’re going to treat them like trash and the things they go through with Allied Universal.

As another said if you could rate a zero I would. There is no respect for the elderly employees, officers not treated professional, poor management. Many of the leaders lie to you to cover themselves. If you need a fast job go for it but it is one of the lowest paying for a Level 3 officer in the area.

I was disrespected by a security guy at the Vacaville Outlets. My husband parked in the wrong spot and ran to the restroom, the security used fowl language with me and said it was freedom of speech. He should never address women the way he does, shame on him and shame on this company for hiring anyone! He represented poorly. His name is Thomassen and drives car number 20036, beware of this Caucasian time bomb. Ready to explode on the next female. When my husband arrived, he sure did change his entire demeanor and tone.

I am Leaving Texas Instruments after 5 1/2 Years because of Allied Universal. They Bought Out our Company Point 2 Point Security Company that was in Addison, Texas about 16 Months Ago. This was The Worst thing that could of Happened to Texas Instruments. They have Refused us a Raise and NO kind of Bonus or Nothing. They Do Not appreciate anything you do. For all of The paper Work and This CyCop and Passdowns we must do everyday is Not worth the Pay. I went around to about 8 Other Security Company,s in Tucson and they All Pay More than Allied Universal. The Pay is Only $12.50 Hour. Every single Company I talk to give at Least $13.00 - $14.00hr . I go a New Job paying me $15.00hr Now. Working at The Casino. After 5 1/2 years at Texas Instruments I had NEVER been to Work Late. Not even Once. Texas Instruments got Mad a Couple of Times I came in Early. That is Funny. They brought in a New Supervisor about 4 Months ago and I was in The Security Business before he was Born. This Kid is a Regular Know it All. So, Please Do Not apply to work at Allied Universal. Look Somewhere else.
