5 Stars from start to finish....
Our experience from start to finish was absolutely five stars! The team was incredibly responsive, communicative, and patient throughout the entire process, making what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and enjoyable. When we finally received our ring, it exceeded every expectation we had. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and it is even more beautiful in person. We absolutely love our one-of-a-kind ring and couldn't be happier with our experience. If you're looking for a jeweler who truly cares about their customers and creates stunning, unique pieces, we highly recommend them!

I had the best experience with the owner
I had the best experience with the Aurous and the owner David. I had found a beautiful ring although it was only available in moissanite but David hooked me up with a 2 Carat lab diamond instead. The customer service was some of the best I’ve had! I would recommend Aurous Fine Jewelry to anyone.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay and understand how frustrating it must have been to wait for such an important purchase. Unfortunately, your shipment was impacted by unexpected severe weather conditions, which caused flight delays and affected the delivery schedule. While these circumstances were beyond our control, we understand the inconvenience it caused. We're glad to see that your ring has now been successfully delivered, and we truly hope it met your expectations. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the process. Thank you for choosing Aurous Fine Jewelry. Your support means a great deal to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
