When I first spoke with Noah, I still harbored some ill feeling from a previous publishing experience. Noah assured me that Aurora Writers would be different and he is right. He provided a delightful and useful edit to my novella. Ruby Miller became my project manager, and I feel blessed that she was. She and her team offered thorough, sound advice on my book's revision. Her staff made my requested changes with professionalism, care, and corrected my tendency to use the passive voice. Every comma found a rightful home and every question was promptly answered. In the end, Ben Miller, a courteous and expert speaker and writer guided me well and patiently through the final processes. I am grateful and will recommend Aurora Writers in the future. The sequel to my novella has begun, and if I manage to finish, I will return to them.

Staff were very responsive
Noah was very responsive and informative. His approach was very helpful. The only reason that I only gave 4 stars is that there seemed to be a disconnect between marketing and project management. Jason Wallace was very helpful and responded quickly. I would like to work with him again. He addressed concerns and was generally very prompt. Overall, a good experience - tighter coordination between sales and project management would improve the experience. Also, there was often a lot of background noise on the calls, making the conversation very difficult to understand.

Really happy with how everything turned out.
I worked with Aurora Writers on my book and overall I had a really good experience. I’m not very technical when it comes to publishing, so I had quite a few questions along the way, but they were patient with me and always got back to me.
There were a couple of things I wanted changed in the editing and formatting and they took care of them without making it difficult. I also appreciated that I was kept updated instead of having to constantly chase someone for answers. Everything was completed as agreed and I’m happy with the final book.
From my experience they were easy to work with, responsive and genuinely helpful. I would use them again.
