Item I received was not authentic and took a month to receive. Do not order fraudulent company

One star is too high a rating. When I tried to return this useless device, I was given the option of accepting a $15.00 refund on my $100.00 purchase price or send it back k to China at my expense. I paid $20.00 to send it back; send the company all the tracking information and waited for my return to be processed. Months later I received the useless hunk of junk back so I’m out my money and postage. So, caveat emptor. This is a scam.

Purchased Aurivo ReHears. Didn't get right away. Used as directed for over 2 months. No improvement. Contacted them by phone and email for address to send back. They offered me 20% off of the $99.95 to keep them. They also offered me 10% back in the beginning since it took so long to receive them. Never did get that 10% off. I have a moderate hearing loss, with one ear more than the other, and my hearing is getting worse so I decided to give them a try. They were mailed from Colorado and they wanted me to send them back to China! They don't state that in their cheerful refund if they don't work for you. I went for an ear checkup at my ENT doctor and told him about my experience. He said it was a scam. It is a SCAM. But if you are desperate, you will try something after reading all these great reviews and people stating it took awhile to notice results. People don't return them because it would be too expensive to send the ReHears back to China. People giving these wonderful glowing reviews in their ads are not legit.

If I could give them less than one star I would. This is a big scam. It states that it is in America and USA made, but it is from China. The refund policy does not tell you that you have to ship it back to China and that it's expensive to ship it back. It does not work. The device does not fit your ears. The Customer Service that you emailed to to get the refund gives you a hard time about refunding your money. I had to request it five times and they kept offering me a discount. They refuse to give me a phone number here in the United States or an address where they are located. They advised me that I had to ship it back to China. This is the biggest scam. Stay away this is false advertising.

The set arrived after I paid FULL price never linked or worked. After multiple attempts I asked for my money back. They are offering $20. DO NOT BUY

This is a total and complete hoax and a total scam. The 90 day refund does not state that return shipping is not included - and shipping means shipping it back to China at your own expense.

I bought the Interactive Robot Kitten, Realistic PlushHoliday HaulRobotic Cat Toy That Walks, Wags Tail & MakesSounds, Cute Pet Toy Gift for Kids & Adults after reviewing the advertisement on FACEBOOK. The kitten is not even one percent close to the one in the ad. Total price with shipping cost $46. The similar things had been in the market for $10 or less for so many years. There is no interaction or any other modes. It is a fraud

This product is a huge gimmick, it took forever to come red flags, after seeing no results. I really felt let down thinking it was going to work and then I returned the product and I still have not received a response or a refund. Time frame End of January, February and now we are in March. Had to get my bank involved.
