Took 6/7 weeks to deliver what was supposed to be a large poster. What looks like a large tea towel arrived. Do not trust at all

IT DOESNT WORK!!!! I want my money back ASAP

I ordered a pair of ReHears and the company is based out of California and the package came from California. It did take a very long time which should have been my first clue BUT, upon wanting to return them I contacted customer service and asked for the address. Well, they refused to give me a California address they gave me a China address which cost $69.50 to return. I was not going to allow them to bully me in to keeping them because it was going to be so expensive to return …NO where on the website did it say that the product had to be returned to China….they left that out….Beware of the snake oil and excess cost to do business with these people.

The Aurivo product is most likely a scam. Bought the product, tried it faithfully for 9 weeks, with no improvement in my hearing at all. I asked for a refund and got a runaround for multiple emails and was finally offered a $19 credit to my original charge which I haven’t received yet. Don’t waste your time. It’s Scam. I’ll never trust anything advertised on Instagram again.

I bought an item from this company and when it was received the box was damaged and upon taking the item from out of the polystyrene I found that the item was damaged too. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service email address but keep getting the same response back asking for the order number and pictures to show the damaged item which I have done about three times now. Even though I’ve reported this to them and also told them that I will report them to Facebook and trading standards they still have not returned my money for the damaged item that I ordered from them back in May. I have no given up getting my money back from them and I’m writing this review so that other people will see what a crappy scam company this is and stay as far away from them as possible. I am not going to order the same item from Amazon where I have a guarantee of getting my money back if this happened with them. Please, please please do not under any circumstances order from this company auraivo.

Product did not improve hearing and i have been trying to get a return address for a refund but i keep getting the runaround from customer service

Total scam. Fake company. Fake guarantee. Company who received money is in Wyoming. But are a Fake online Chinese company. You will receive nothing. Get no help thru the email communication. Total fraudsters. But they keep your money.

This company is a rip off product I received looked nothing like the add on Facebook won’t refund money keep asking for photos which I have sent DONT TRUST THEM read all their reviews which I should have done
