Auris has not only be a fantastic payroll and hiring solution, but my Rep Cam has become someone I can depend upon. It's not often you find people willing to go that above and beyond to make things happen. Grateful to have stumbled upon this. life is much simpler now.

I've had a good experience with Auris (formerly Heartland). The pricing is reasonable—not necessarily the cheapest option, (QB is cheaper I believe), but I feel you get what you pay for. The interface is intuitive and makes running payroll, adding employees, and generating reports straightforward. If you ever need help, their customer service is responsive and knowledgeable, and they also offer a quick walkthrough to help you get familiar with the system. Overall, it's an easy-to-use payroll service that I would recommend.

Auris payroll customer service has been top notch for us. Whenever we have questions or just need help, their reps are very quick to get back to our team and easily answer questions we have!. The Payroll Platform could be better, but it seems they are continuing to update to make things easier. overall, good experience so far
