A stellar experience with hands down great service and great reps. My Rep Vanessa has been there every step of the process and is always available to get any answer I might need, her whole Team is very responsive, communicative with clarity every engagement. This payroll company is unlike any other with the pure dedication to their customers with 5 star service at every corner!!!

Very helpful payroll system, especially with the option of direct deposit. The representative that I spoke with, Nicole, was and still is extremely helpful. Has been in contact with me numerous times since I first set up my payroll with Auris.

Auris is very user friendly and easy to navigate. David Peterson was the representative that helped me get our account set up and it has been a seamless process. Highly recommend talking with him if you or your company is in need of payroll services!

The Team at Auris, specifically Sami, made our transitions from our previous payroll system to theirs an absolute breeze. Constant thorough communication and detailed training sessions gave us the confidence we needed to move forward on our own when we were ready. Amazing customer service, amazing system!!

Auris (formerly Heartland) payroll performed very poorly for our small company. I would not recommend them based on my experience. Once they sent me (30) W2 forms for another company, told me to shred them, and then subsequently demanded that I sent them the shredded material. After we moved to a neighboring state, they continued to make UC deductions for the original state for a period.

I love working with Auris because I have a real person to talk with anytime I have questions. The payroll software is simple and intuitive, and I have never had an issue that couldn't be immediately resolved. I have used other big name payroll companies in the past, and Auris is hands down the best experience I have had.

Auris is so easy to use! I learned the system quickly and love it!

Auris has made my payroll very easy. All I have to do is login every 2 weeks and submit hours. They do everything else from sending out checks to paying the payroll taxes on time and correctly. I highly recommend Auris for anyone wanting to simplify payroll.
