What a smooth and professional experience buying the engagement ring for my future wife. I have the pleasure of having Andy help me through the process and he was very helpful with great advice. It does take about 4 weeks for the ring to be made the way you request which is a bit long, but you can’t rush perfection and it was worth the wait. Definitely suggest buying from Aurélinne unless you need the ring quicker than the 4 week wait for a custom one. Worth every penny and the wait.

The seller answered my questions quickly and followed up with getting information I requested. The gem looks exactly like I expected. Shipping was quick, and it was packaged well. I would definitely deal with them again. I really like how you can dial into the specifics of what you are ordering as far as clarity and color and size. Some of the other retailers just give you a range of what you might be getting so you feel like you’re kind of guessing at what the product will actually be. With this one, you see the exact gem you’re getting and the exact specifications, including the dimensions, not just the karat.

My most recent purchase was a ring with a dark green asscher cut lab stone over 3 carats, the largest stone I've purchased so far. As I've come to expect, the stone is beautiful and was accurately described and the craftsmanship on the ring is well done. Just got a compliment on my new ring today. I was looking for a 3 to 4 carat radiant diamond and was so overwhelmed. There were so many to choose from. Andy was so helpful to suggest a few for me to choose from. I ended with a 4 carat diamond.
