We have looked into your order and our tracking records indicate that the carrier successfully delivered the parcel on January 15th at 12:20pm. The delivery notes mention it was left in a 'Storage box' could you please check if it might be there or perhaps with a neighbor? If you still can't find it after checking that spot, please email us at [email protected] so we can open a formal investigation with the courier. We want to make sure you get your Aurelia pieces! Hi Aiesha, we’re really sorry for the frustration here. We checked this right away and the carrier has marked the shipment as delivered on December 4, with photo proof of delivery. We’re going to email the proof-of-delivery photos to the email used on your order so you can see exactly where it was left. The photos show it was placed in the house mailbox. In the meantime, please also check anywhere it may have been moved (by someone in the household, a neighbor, or property management) after delivery. If you still can’t locate it after reviewing the photos, reply to our email and we’ll immediately open a delivery investigation with the carrier and help you with next steps.
