No contact - bad service - no replies
Well I’ve tried many time to get in contact with u guys via email and facebook with no success no reply Very unprofessional Also my swimmer r not the same sizing as bought both r different in the bottoms Tops are way to small I paid full price but have not received any help with my returns I find it very unprofessional not to get in contact with your customers and to receive a good review All I wanted was someone to get back to my emails and be able to rectify this problem otherwise I will take it further. We have looked into your order and our tracking records indicate that the carrier successfully delivered the parcel on January 15th at 12:20pm. The delivery notes mention it was left in a 'Storage box' could you please check if it might be there or perhaps with a neighbor? The quality and fit is unmatched!
I have finally found the greatest bikini company of all time. The quality is unmatched. I feel so sexy in all of my Aurelia bikinis . They fit like they were personally made for me !

Hi Aiesha, we’re really sorry for the frustration here. We checked this right away and the carrier has marked the shipment as delivered on December 4, with photo proof of delivery. We’re going to email the proof-of-delivery photos to the email used on your order so you can see exactly where it was left. The photos show it was placed in the house mailbox. In the meantime, please also check anywhere it may have been moved (by someone in the household, a neighbor, or property management) after delivery. If you still can’t locate it after reviewing the photos, reply to our email and we’ll immediately open a delivery investigation with the carrier and help you with next steps.
