Easy to use, seems expensive, but retention was real compared to other services with higher stream counts and lower engagement.

That's exactly the trade-off we're proud of! Real listeners who actually stick, vs. inflated numbers that disappear :)

The ads were OK it’s not as good as using an ad personally and running it on Facebook but the cost per click was very high. I have never paid $3.20 for cost per click ever with any type of ad so that’s why I can only give it a three star. It started out much more affordable

Fair point on the CPC. Campaigns don't always nail it on the first run, and we'd rather be straight about that than oversell. Feel free to reach out to our team and we'll personally review your next campaign setup before it goes live to give it the best shot :)

After spending a lot of time pitching music to playlists and getting limited to no results even when accepted we decided to take a gamble on Aura, which totally paid off. This service did more in 2 days than pitching to playlists did in 2 months. It's a little bit irritating how they hide the performance metrics from you for the first few days (I think this should be optional) but this the only negative thing in the whole experience. It does what it says on the tin, which is a rare thing these days. We will definitely be using this servce again.

2 days vs 2 months - that's exactly what we're here for! On the hidden metrics: we lock them during the learning phase because early data is noisy and we'd rather show you numbers worth reading :)

I definitely gained new fans from this service

Our music reached the ears of hundreds of people and our streams went up enough to see us hit Spotify radio and have our best period of growth to date. A decent return for the money spent.

That's awesome to hear, Paul! :)

A little on the expensive side, but if you don't know how to run meta adds and don't want the trial and errors of learning, these guys are great. Good creatives and excellent reach. Saw results within first week.

Had a great experience with Aura Music. Gio was extremely accommodating throughout the process, and even some of my more random questions or requests were answered promptly and thoroughly. It never felt like I was being brushed off—they were responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Gio and the Aura team also went the extra mile to support my campaign, which I really appreciated. That level of care stands out. Overall, a smooth experience with strong customer service and real effort behind the scenes. I would absolutely recommend Aura Music to other independent artists looking for support with their releases.
