I needed an exchange for a larger size, reached out and they got back to me right away saying they would send the larger size out. They were prompt and super friendly!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. For 4 days my order wasn't dispatched, and after waiting without any updates, I contacted the company to request a refund. Two days later, they finally dispatched the product and informed me that it had already been sent. I still requested a refund and return. However, I was told that I had to receive the parcel first and then return it. After waiting even longer, I eventually received the package. As soon as it arrived, I contacted the company multiple time to arrange the return and refund. Unfortunately, they never responded. I sent again multiple follow-up emails and reminders, but to this day I have received no reply. The lack of communication and customer support has been extremely frustrating. I am very disappointed with how this situation has been handled and will not be purchasing from this company again. I would also not recommend them to others based on my experience.

It has been several days since submitting a request for return via email and I have not received one response. I had ordered a maternity clothing set — and when the clothing arrived, I could immediately tell that the material was cheaply made as it had a weird smell, was not packaged separately, and not at all reflective of the photos shown, such as the color. Seemed like a legitimate company, but a lot of these “maternity clothing” companies seem to hide their true level of quality and delivery well these days. Highly disappointed in this company.

Customer service is a 10 outta 10 !! I had a sz and style request change. Customer service communicated and heard me and solved issue.They could not have been nicer. That means so much these days and I will scream their praise"s from the roof !! Not to mention design and quality of underwear ordered is very evident. Thank you AurA Maternity and Nicole.

I have been struggling to find comfortable underwear- my tummy has grown but i am still a small size (UK size 4/6) and so sizing up my usual underwear doesn’t work as they are too big everywhere bar my expanding bump. I had seen these advertised a fair few times and decided to bite the bullet and try them. I absolutely LOVE them! This is my second pregnancy & i so wish i had known about these in my first. They are beyond comfortable, they are breathable, have plenty of room for growing bump, but fit nicely on the bottom, groin, thighs etc. For big undies they are still pretty & I still feel feminine in them, and I know they will see me through the rest of my pregnancy (currently 23 weeks). I have to have a c-section and so they will also be great post partum because they will allow for ongoing swelling and be soft around my scar area. Being honest, can’t see me parting with them post pregnancy either! I have ordered a further 8 pairs as i don’t want to have to consider any other underwear during my pregnancy. They wash well, air dry quickly, and are soft to touch and wear. Communication has been good, yes, delivery to the UK takes a little while, but that’s just logistics and not the company’s fault. Cannot rate these enough. Thankyou, Aura Maternity!

Best undies ever! So comfy and doesn't roll down under the belly (so far at 24 weeks along!) Thank you! I hope it stays up the rest of thr pregnancy too! Little slow to arrive but fantastic once it arrived!!

I am not pregnant. I have cancer and am having issues with a swollen and sore stomach. It’s a long story about how I ended up trying the maternity underwear but the stretch panel really helped. I ordered more and was having chemo brain and I reached out to customer service for assistance. They helped me and I was able to order the 8 pack plus they answered my email which doesn’t always happen. I highly recommend this brand.
