Cheap products, good marketting, poor quality.
Was asked by Nicole from Customer Services to leave a TrustPilot review after she claimed to have helped resolve my issue prior to the issue being rectified. Having sent out replacement underwear, it was apparent the sizing was no different - and no size label in any of the 5 garments. Measured up against the previous order it was clear these were the same size as before despite Nicole claiming they are the next size up (original size would absolutely not accommodate a growing bump as advertised!). Material is cheap, cut is poor and these items are very overpriced for cheap underwear. Please do not waste your money falling for good marketting strategies and reviews for outstanding customer service... when this is not the case. I wish I had read this review before I purchased the maternity pants myself! Update: I also note the reply below states a full refund was issued. A full issue has NOT been issued. Update: I have been asked to change this review by the company and small changes have been made. I will not be removing review as requested.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that the replacement order did not fit. As part of resolving the matter, we issued a full refund without requiring the items to be returned. We would, however, like to clarify the statement that a member of our Customer Services team asked you to leave a “glowing” Trustpilot review. We take this allegation seriously and strongly dispute that you were asked to leave a specifically positive review or that any attempt was made to influence your rating or comments. We respect every customer’s right to leave an honest review, whether positive or negative. Our team may invite customers to share their experience, but any review should always reflect the customer’s genuine and independent opinion.
