My frame was acting up, I was told some things to try and when that didn’t work I was sent a new cord. When that didn’t fix the problem I was sent a new frame. Wonderful follow up and customer service. I will definitely tell friends and family what a good experience I had. We initially bought 4 of these frames - three were gifts to our kids.
