I bought a display and have had trouble setting it up. My email was returned with a cut and paste "check these things". I still had trouble and requested to speak with someone to troubleshoot what I was missing in the set up. I did not receive a response. I am returning - new and in perfect condition because of lack of customer service. Very disappointing.

I bought two of their frames in the space of 18 months. As soon as the 1 year mark was up BOTH frames are literally not turning on. Nothing I do to reset or anything that is mentioned online seems to work. There is no existing customer service that I’m aware of. I don’t really see a number for them online. Which stay away from this product.

I was given an Aura frame for Christmas. At first I was excited, until I tried to activate it. Everything seemed to go well until it came to setting up the wifi. Apparently according to it my wifi doesn't exist, but all my other devices connect to my wifi with no problem. So what's the deal

If you want people to send photos to your frame, they need to create an account. They say this is for privacy but it's rubbish. All you should need to do is add their email address to an allow list. Unnecessary burden for family members who you want to send photos. Stop forcing people to create an account. Totally unnecessary. Just let me add their address to an allow list.

Awful. Can’t connect the on Christmas Day. Followed all the instructions. Unintuitive and unresponsive. Go for another brand. Loads of rubbish. Everyone disappointed including my mother.

I purchased this black screen for my mom’s Christmas present in 2023. Like my most products in this dystopian hell it didn’t last a year. It’s been a black screen for months and I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips that are as far from helpful as they can get. For example one of them is “reboot to factory settings” with no instructions on how to do that and no way to do that with the app. I guess my mom will just have to enjoy her $130 black screen with the memory of photos it displayed for nine months.

Product is good but if you have a problem forget about getting any basic help if it does not align 100% with a poorly programmed “virtual” assistant waste of time. You will even get surveys while you hope CS will respond to a pretty reasonable question. Just don’t buy their products because they don't deserve the business. No one is paying attention at all.

Without a doubt the single worst customer service ever. I’m so pissed off at the lack of support that I would never ever buy this product again.
