In today’s world it is wonderful to deal with a company that has such amazing customer service people. Michael, Ebony and Chelsey have been in contact with me by e-mail helping me with the problem. Happy to say the problem was solved quickly.

When i made my initial support request, the response, and possible solutions came quickly. When the first effort failed they continued with possible solutions even sending out a replacement cord ,which solved my issue.

Easy to log an issue, quick response, you sent me for free a new plug and it worked. I'm up and running with my Aura frame working again in less than a week.

Amazing company and really helpful when I needed a replacement part, they definitely go over and above other companies. Buy from the best, and you only buy once.
