The app and included photos disappeared from my phone after some issues. when that happened, our frame went down as well, showing a restart with no pictures. We still don't understand why. Nonetheless, I reached out to customer service and Haley has been FABULOUS! All of the issues were fixed and photos were restored. Nothing short a little miracle. We brag on our Aura frame and tell about how much we love it all the time and this will certainly be added to our story. Great great customer service!

Love our frame! It did stop working one day, but Aura was great with their communication about the situation. They made it so easy to get the replacement and we'd totally recommend them and the frame!

Really great product. So easy to set up and use. Bought as a present for Mothers Day - and had lots of fun setting this up with my girls! Would highly recommend.

Their customer service is outstanding. I have two Aura digital frames, one at home and one at the office, and love the way they work but mostly how easy they are to work with. I just had a problem with the led screen on one of them, sent them an email, and within 72 hours, the brand new replacement frame was delivered at my door step. I will never buy any other brand again. Thanks AURA ;-)

One of the best purchases we’ve made - we bought the biggest frame and use it for our honeymoon & wedding photos, and we love it. It even plays videos / Live Photos and it’s such a nice add to our living room. We even got our for my in laws and upload a few photos of ours to their frame remotely, and its so nice. If you have long distance family, this is such a nice way to send them new photos and videos of you + kids / pets etc. Highly recommend!

I have used an Aura frame for about 18 months, and it is fantastic. It’s easy to set up and manage the account both at home and remotely by family members. The key thing for me is how a company deal with issues- I bought a frame for my son and they had problems with how the frame functioned. I got in touch with their support team, and they responded very quickly, suggesting solutions, and ultimately giving us a replacement frame. This frame was just over a year old, and I expected that to be an issue, but it wasn’t ! After I received the new frame, they sent me another email to check that everything is ok. It certainly was !
