How can they charge me when I never started a free trial even? Two months now and it isn't cheap... Does anyone have a way to stop this madness

This app is not good for stress recovery at all. Actually, the way it works will just bring you more stress. And if you choose 20 min a day programme, you just get 20 one minute videos. I regret my purchase and will not recommend it to anyone.

I signed up for the intro 2 weeks with a one-time payment. The app is truly garbage so I didn't sign up for a plan. Then they charged me for months even though my account says "no active subscription." Having to fight this through my bank now. There are no emails saying this is happening, and no fine print that I can find saying they would take payments even though I didn't sign up for it. This is something that should genuinely be zero stars.

I paid for a 4-week plan and now even though I deleted my account, they charged me 43,50$. I never asked for another plan. I contacted the company for a refund and they claim to pay the money back, but I still warn everyone against services like this with hidden charges. The app itself is interesting, but I think it's not worth the fee they are charging for it. Not to mention that on most days they show you almost the same training plan making it look like it was a new one. I learnt from it, but it's not the kind of knowledge you couldn't get from freely available contents.

Add me to the list of people who have been scammed by this ONE STAR company! After my trial the app stopped working and I continued to be billed unknowingly $43 for 2 months of NOTHING until I caught it. I disputed it with PayPal and Aura fought it and won. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!! Hopefully enough people come forward these clowns will lose their merchant services!

Please refund the money. This is a SCAM. The trial subscription automatically goes into full subscrption without warning or message of any kind. Way to calm the nerves Aura!!..

They charged my CC $43.50. I tried the number 917-924-6071 and it said it wasn't a legit number, AND, the email address keeps being sent back to me. Can anyone help?

signed up for a trial - one off payment. The issue is that they started taking monthly subscription payments that I had not consented to.
