Filed a complaint with NY AG. This was a scam. I signed up for one month, not a subscription. The first month was $17, the next month they charged me $43! There is no way to contact them. Took me forever to find their website and no information there. Their receipt (on my online bank transactions) has a number that nobody answers. I received no emails confirming subscription, payment reminder, or confirmation. The app is no longer on the App Store but they're still charging me. I have to cancel my card to cut them off.

Charges without containment. Bad program. Do not buy!!!

This is a scam I am very disappointed with the app and feel that the service does not live up to what I expected when purchasing it. The videos are extremely difficult to follow and, in my opinion, do not explain the exercises properly. For example, when the woman demonstrates self-massage techniques, it is often impossible to clearly see what she is actually doing. She also uses several different aids, pillows, elastics and balls that not everybody has access to.

I was excited to try the 1-week subscription and consented to pay for that, but I wasn't good at prioritizing time, so on the 7th day I went to make sure it would be cancelled, but lo and behold, they are already charging me for a 4-week subscription. I've emailed "care at aura dot care" and indeed got their automated response with the correct logo, so let's see if they will honor my ask for a refund. Just the fact that I can't find a working phone number to call them on is very shady! I don't have faith I will be able to talk to a real human. I do not recommend signing up with them, as all of this seems fraudulent---very, very shady!

No way to cancel it.

A scam and if you take it to the bank they want you to cancel your card. All because this fraudulent company is scamming. I don’t recall ever subscribing and the email address AI gives is bogus

I haven't used Aura because I saw a huge red flag that confirmed that the site is a scam. An ad for vagus nerve reset said "MY NECK HURT IN THE MORNING" instead of "HURTS". Any site that doesn't even use proper English in their ad is sketchy.

Like others here, this is a spam and fraudulent. A monthly payment started even though I never had any confirmation email of a trial period, receipt or other correspondence and I've been unable to contact them to cancel the subscription. There are no details on the website or app, and when I use the email included here I get a failure message. I'm seeking to report as fraudulent.
